Nora
Nora is a city and island state within the Golden Sea.
The Tower of Nora is the governing body of Nora, the building itself being a large tower looking over the entire city.
Nora grew from originally being a large trade hub flowing in between the numerous cities of the Golden Sea.
In recent times, the city seeks to exert more direct influence beyond just their island, influencing the politics of other cities such as Jericho. This is a shift from their previous economical and mercantile focus.
